Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you want to cancel your order,please contact us immediately.Once the order is shipped,it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy:No Refunds,Only Replacements.

We have 2 Days Replacement Policy for any wrong or defective items sent from our side.Returns Should be made by contacting us by mails or chats within 48 hours of delivery time. Failing to do so will result in Return Rejection.Every product is checked from before shipping for any defects.

Ordered Wrong Model by Mistake:

If you order wrong phone model cover or tempered glass,you will be responsible for it.It’s your duty to check and order correct product.You have to sent back the product at your own shipping cost to our location.We will send you replacement,once product reaches at our location in same condition.

I want to return a wrong product How do I proceed?

  • Click clear images/video of the product showing fault.
  • Email us the images/video with your order id and issue you are facing to help@tigerify.in
  • Explain the exact detail of the defect and the status of the package that you received.
  • The complaint and the images should be sent to us within 48 hours of the delivery. Failing to do so, we will not be able to serve the claim for you.
  • If necessary, we will arrange a pickup of the product through our logistic partner. If we are unable to do so, we will request you to send the product back to us.
  • Once the product reaches us, our Quality Analysts will evaluate your returned product to ensure adherence to our Returns Guidelines.
  • Products must be in their original condition.You should not throw brand box or it’s contents.Otherwise product will not be eligible for return.
  • Brand packaging should be intact. Do not paste anything or use any adhesive based tape on the original packaging. If needed, you may put it in a plastic bag and then stick over it.
  • Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website.

Your Return Requests will be either approved or rejected depending on situation.

Remember to contact us within 2 days only,we will try our best to solve the case.
